Bearing Fault Feature Selection Method Based on Weighted Multidimensional Feature Fusion
Rolling bearing is one of the most critical components in rotating machinery, so in order to efficiently select features, reduce feature dimensions and improve the correctness of fault diagnosis, a feature selection and fusion method based on weighted ...

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

A Data-Driven Methodology to Assess Raw Materials Impact on Manufacturing Systems Breakdowns
Data-driven Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) become a crucial layer in the realm of predictive maintenance (PM). However, many industries develop PM technologies based on the monitoring of machine data to anticipate failures without considering ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

The ubiquitin ligase RNF115 is required for the clearance of damaged lysosomes
Upon lysosomal rupture, an E3 ubiquitin ligase RNF115 translocates from the cytosol to the damaged lysosomal membrane. Moreover, RNF115 depletion impairs the clearance of damaged lysosomes, identifying it as a key regulator of lysosomal quality control.

Explainable Spatio-Temporal Inference Network for Car-Sharing Demand Prediction
Efficient resource allocation in car-sharing systems relies on precise predictions of demand. Predicting vehicle demand is challenging due to the interconnections of temporal, spatial, and spatio-temporal features.
