XBP1s Mediates Cross‐resistance to Combination Treatment of CDK4/6 Inhibitors plus Endocrine Therapy in Breast Cancer

Elevated spliced form of X‐box–binding protein 1 (XBP1) correlates with unfavorable responses to endocrine therapy plus CDK4/6 inhibitors in HR+/HER2− advanced breast cancer.
