Enhanced Endoscopic Internal Drainage of Gastric Abscess Through Additively Manufactured Stents
Postoperative gastric leaks are often treated with off‐label biliary double‐pigtail stents, yet conventional extruded designs are not optimized for leak anatomy, can migrate, and may limit abscess evacuation. PETALS is introduced to optimize transmural drainage geometry and enable patient‐specific 3D‐printable stents.

This study presents HAEP@Res sub‐microgels as a lung‐targeted delivery system integrating antioxidant activity with anti‐inflammatory therapy. The sub‐microgels demonstrate excellent biocompatibility, efficiently scavenge intracellular ROS, and downregulate pro‐inflammatory cytokines and genes in a Bleo‐induced ALI mouse model. These findings highlight

A superhydrophobic 3D cell culture platform enables rapid and consistent formation of heterotypic tumor–stroma clusters, and reveals how physiological shear conditions influence metastatic signaling. Mechanical stimulation of cancer‐associated fibroblasts promotes sustained cytokine secretion and survival‐promoting pathways, showing how multicellular ...

A human microfluidic blood‐brain barrier (mBBB) model enables spatially resolved comparison of nanoparticle trafficking. Extracellular vesicles (EVs), liposomes, and nanoplastics exhibit distinct transport and disruption behaviors, revealing that membrane composition and uptake pathways govern BBB interaction.

Feeding behaviour in preterm neonates
Early Human Development, 1982In 100 bottle-fed preterm infants feeding efficiency was studied by quantifying the volume of milk intake per minute and the number of teat insertions per 10 ml of milk intake. These variables were related to gestational age and to number of weeks of feeding experience.

Feeding behaviour of Psoroptes ovis
Veterinary Record, 1983Psoroptes ovis-infested sheep, examination of skin samples (frozen sections by light microscopy and freeze fractured material by scanning electron microscopy) reveals no evidence such as embedded mite mouthparts, localized tissue damage tracts, or cellular infiltrations to support opinion that mite penetrates deeper than outermost loose stratum ...
