Multifrequency band earth station feed design
International Symposium on Antennas and Propagation Society, Merging Technologies for the 90's, 1990The authors present a dual-polarized frequency reuse feed that not only operates in the C-, X-, and Ku-bands but also has significantly extended bandwidths, >800 MHz in C-band and >1.5 GHz in Ku-band. Design issues are discussed, and measurement results are presented. The feed was retrofitted on a 13-m Cassegrain antenna.
