Abstract After the vicissitudes of the War of the Spanish Succession (1701–14), the consolidation of the Bourbon Monarchy in early eighteenth‐century Spain allowed Philip V's ministry to implement the so‐called Nueva Planta in his various kingdoms and lordships of the Crown of Aragon, but also in Castile.

The mutualism between Tapinoma ibericum ants and Aphis gossypii disrupts the biological control exerted by Aphidius colemani in greenhouse peppers. Ant exclusion increased parasitism and the presence of most natural enemies, although Aphidoletes aphidimyza was more abundant with ants.

Male weaponry evolution is often linked to male–male competition, but its relationship with breeding site type remains unclear. Using Leptodactylinae frogs, we found a macroevolutionary correlation between breeding site type and weapon evolution. Also, gains and losses of weapons occurred more frequently in exposed‐breeding sites, an unexpected finding.

Route of Allergen Immunotherapy: A Global Look Into Physicians' Motivations
Little is known about the factors driving AIT prescription in clinical practice, including the level of personalization from patient to patient. Patient‐centred factors theoretically would favour SLIT prescription. Doctors’ knowledge, training, and country influence the final decision on the route.
