Urban developmental environments alter tadpole phenotypes depending on origin
Journal of Animal Ecology, Volume 94, Issue 9, Page 1707-1719, September 2025.Urbanisation has rapidly altered the ecological and evolutionary contexts for many species. Using a reciprocal transplant experiment with frog larvae, we find that urban environments can alter morphological, developmental and behavioural traits at both ecological and evolutionary scales.
