介绍了浙江省某集团化纤有限公司油剂废水预处理工程的设计、调试及运行结果。采用隔油+Fenton氧化+混凝沉淀工艺处理高浓度纺丝油剂废水(COD<30g/L),COD去除率达到了70%以上,油去除率达到了83%。工程实践表明,该预处理工艺能够有效地破乳、沉淀去除该废水中的油污和有机物;当操作参数控制适宜时,处理效率稳定。
