Protocol for Reconstituting Adaptor‐Mediated Activation of Full‐Length Kinesin‐1
ABSTRACT Kinesin‐1 is a member of the kinesin superfamily that plays an essential role in intracellular cargo transport. In the absence of cargo, Kinesin‐1 exhibits low motor activity due to autoinhibition. Multiple studies have demonstrated that adaptor proteins, which link cargos to Kinesin‐1, can activate Kinesin‐1 by releasing the autoinhibition ...

Our study reveals that caving‐enhanced geothermal systems (C‐EGS) with adequately fractured reservoirs achieve optimal heat extraction by minimizing preferential flow paths, while conventional fracturing (F‐EGS) and pipe‐based (P‐EGS) systems suffer accelerated thermal drawdown.

Orchestration of Climate Action in Municipalities: A Collective Capacity Approach
ABSTRACT Municipalities are increasingly positioned as key actors in enabling local climate action, yet their ability to mobilise societal actors remains insufficiently understood. This study examines how municipal officials in six Finnish municipalities from different local contexts understand and operationalise collective capacity for climate action,

Catalytic oxidation of gallic acid utilizing fenton and photo-fenton reactions
This paper investigates the catalytic oxidation of gallic acid utilizing Fenton and Fenton/UV reactions, focusing on elucidating the mechanisms, kinetics, and byproducts of the oxidation processes. Gallic acid, a naturally occurring phenolic compound, presents both health benefits and environmental challenges due to its persistence and potential ...
