A Variational Framework for Fermat-Type Equations
This paper establishes a continuous variational framework to resolve Fermat-type equations ($x^n + y^n = z^n$). By evaluating the continuous geometric volume against the absolute rigidity of the discrete integer lattice, we expose a fundamental structural incompatibility.

Entire solutions of Fermat type \(q\)-difference differential equations
Summary: In this article, we describe the finite-order transcendental entire solutions of Fermat type \(q\)-difference and \(q\)-difference differential equations. In addition, we investigate the similarities and other properties among those solutions.

First conjectured by Fermat in the 1630s, Fermat\u27s Last Theorem has cause a great deal of advancement in the field of number theory. It would take the introduction of an entire new branch of mathematics in order to devise a proof for the rather ...

Partial descent on hyperelliptic curves and the generalized Fermat equation x3+y4+z5=0
Let C: y(2)=f(x) be a hyperelliptic curve defined over Q. Let K be a number field and suppose f factors over K as a product of irreducible polynomials f=f(1) f(2) ... f(r).

This paper continues the search to determine for what exponents n Fermat's Last Theorem is true. The main theorem and Corollary 1 consider the set of prime exponents p for which mp + 1 is prime for certain even integers m and prove the truth of FLT in ...

In this article, we study the asymptotic solutions of the generalized Fermat-type equation of signature $(p,p,3)$ over totally real number fields $K$, i.e., $Ax^p+By^p=Cz^3$ with prime exponent $p$ and $A,B,C \in \mathcal{O}_K \setminus \{0\}$.
