EuSc₂Te₄, an antiferromagnetic semiconductor, exhibits a nonlinear Hall effect (NLHE) characterized by quadratic current–voltage behavior. Combined experimental and theoretical studies reveal that this NLHE is linked to its antiferromagnetism and involves contributions from the quantum metric.

A magnetic field applied to a crystalline solid causes the electron states on the Fermi surface to circulate along the orbits located on the planes normal to the applied field. For a sufficiently weak field the separate orbits can cover the whole closed

Quantum interference probed by the thermovoltage in Sb-doped Bi2Se3 nanowires
Summary: The magnetic-flux-dependent dispersions of sub-bands in topologically protected surface states of a topological insulator nanowire manifest as Aharonov–Bohm oscillations (ABOs) observed in conductance measurements, reflecting the Berry’s phase ...

This study demonstrates the use of a low‐cost 3D printing technique to prepare a large‐area PVDF‐FAPbI3 composite dielectric film for flexible TENG application. The δ→α phase transformation of the FAPbI3 nanofillers has significantly improved the β‐phase content, morphology, and dielectric properties of the PVDF film.

Novel ferrocene derivatives (e.g., FcPhc2) are used as an ultrathin layer hole‐blocking layer, reducing hole injection from the Ag contact. This results in an ultralow noise spectral density of 1.2 × 10−14 A Hz−1/2, and a high specific detectivity of 8.1 × 1012 Jones at −0.5 V.

Exact quantum spin liquids with Fermi surfaces in spin-half models [PDF]
An emergent Fermi surface in a Mott insulator, an exotic quantum spin liquid state, was suggested by Anderson in 1987. After a quick support for its existence in spin-half Heisenberg model in a square lattice in a RVB mean field theory, pseudo Fermi surface was found only recently in an exactly solvable spin-3/2 model by Yao, Zhang and Kivelson.
