Anregungen der wechselwirkenden Fermionen in reduzierten Dimensionen
In this thesis, we study the properties of excitations in the systems of interacting fermions. These excitations can be bosonic such as collective modes which we handle in the first part of this thesis or fermionic like quasi particles and quasi holes ...

We study a dynamical mechanism that generates a composite vectorlike fermion, formed by the binding of an N-tuplet of elementary chiral fermions to an N-tuplet of scalars.

A pseudo-fermion propagator approach to the fermion sign problem
In this work, within the framework of path integral Monte Carlo, we construct a pseudo-fermion propagator by replacing the original fermionic determinant with its absolute value. This modified propagator defines an auxiliary system free from the fermion sign problem, enabling efficient simulations of fermionic systems.

Scotogenic models with a general lepton flavor dependent U(1) gauge symmetry
We discuss radiative neutrino mass models with a general lepton flavor dependent U(1) gauge symmetry. The scotogenic model is adopted for neutrino mass generation in which Z2 odd singlet fermions and an inert scalar doublet are introduced.

Untwisted moduli and internal fermions in free fermionic strings
We investigate the dependence of the number and type of untwisted moduli on the boundary condition vectors of relistic free fermionic strings. The number of moduli is given by six minus the number of complex internal world--sheet fermions and the type of moduli is determined by the details of the world--sheet left--right asymmetry of the boundary ...

Massless monopole-string-domain wall fermions and polyhedral vacuum fermions
Fermion zero modes of Bogomol’nyi-Prasad-Sommerfield monopole-string-domain wall composites in three spatial dimensions are studied. We analytically solve the Dirac equation and prove the existence of one fermion zero mode.

Probing large-order perturbative expansions in lattice gauge theories with fermions [PDF]
Many perturbative expansions in quantum field theories are believed to be plagued by factorial divergences. This can be seen as a reflection of the fact that an all-order perturbative computation cannot give a complete description of the theory, as it

Localization, Dirac fermions and Onsager universality
Disordered systems exhibiting exponential localization are mapped to anisotropic spin chains with localization length being related to the anisotropy of the spin model.
