Exploiting Residual Elements Arising from Scrap Steel in Future Sustainable Steel Alloy Design

open access: yessteel research international, EarlyView.
Herein, the effects of residual elements Cu and Sn on grain growth, recrystallization, and phase transformation in C–Mn steel are summarized, and a case study is presented on how the presence of residual elements can be exploited to reduce deliberate Nb microalloying while achieving the same grain size control and strength during thermomechanical ...

Cu Dope‐Induced Defects for Enhanced Bifunctional Water Splitting Performance of CoFe2O4 and Its Forecasting Using LSTM Memory Cell

open access: yesSusMat, EarlyView.
Cu‐doped mixed spinel cobalt ferrites (CuCoFe) were synthesized via induction combustion using sugarcane juice as a green fuel. Systematic Cu incorporation modulated the electronic structure and induced oxygen vacancies, effectively enhancing charge transfer and catalytic kinetics.

Study of Heat Transfer Simulation Method for Magnetic Hyperthermia Considering Heat Generation Characteristics of Thermo‐Sensitive Magnetic Particle

open access: yesIEEJ Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Engineering, EarlyView.
The purpose of this paper is to establish a heat transfer simulation method for magnetic hyperthermia that incorporates the heat generation characteristics of low curie point thermo‐sensitive magnetic particles and their relative position to a Drive coil that applies the magnetic field.
