Realizing simultaneously excellent energy storage and discharge properties in AgNbO3 based antiferroelectric ceramics via La3+ and Ta5+ co-substitution strategy

open access: yesJournal of Materiomics, 2023
AgNbO3 based antiferroelectric (AFE) ceramics have large maximum polarization and low remanent polarization, and thus are important candidates for fabricating dielectric capacitors.

Multicritical Points And Reentrant Phenomenon In The BEG Model

open access: yes, 1992
The Blume - Emery - Griffiths model is investigated by use of the cluster variation method in the pair approximation. We determine the regions of the phase space where reentrant phenomenon takes place.

Multiresistance states in ferro- and antiferroelectric trilayer boron nitride

open access: yesNature Communications
Here, the authors use three-layer boron nitride to construct interfacial ferro- and antiferroelectric tunnel junctions and find that the polarization is flipped in a layer-by-layer way, resulting in multiresistance states.
