Stockpile Focus on Ferroalloys
1981This paper deals with stockpiling of various ferroalloys in the National Defense Stockpile. The purpose and philosophy of stockpiling various forms of strategic and critical materials for national defense emergencies are discussed in addition to a historical review of the background and history of stockpiling various ferroalloys.
