Electrical Measurement of Ferroelectric Properties
2014Ferroelectric materials are defined by the existence of a finite polarisation at zero electric field, the direction of which can be switched by the application of an external field. Measurement of the electrical properties is therefore an important tool in identifying ferroelectricity and in characterising the ferroelectric properties of a material. In

Luminescence and Optical Properties of Relaxor Ferroelectrics
Ferroelectrics, 2005The optical absorption spectrum, luminescence and photoconductivity on single crystals PbMg1/3Nb2/3O3 and on ceramics Pb0.91La0.09(Zr0.65Ti0.35)O 3 are investigated in the wide temperature range. The luminescence spectrum correlates with the photoconductivity spectrum.

Unusual properties of nanoscale ferroelectrics
2017This article describes the unusual properties of nanoscale ferroelectrics (FE), including widely tunable polarization and improved properties in strained ferroelectric thin films; polarization enhancement in superlattices; polarization saturation in ferroelectric thin films under very large inplane strains; occurrence of ferroelectric phase transitions

Ferroelectric Properties of Lead Metaniobate
Journal of the American Ceramic Society, 1953Ferroelectric lead metaniobate, Pb(NbO 3 ) 2 , is structurally distinct from the ABO 3 perovskite‐type ferroelectrics presently known. Dielectric and dilatometric data indicate a 570°C. Curie point.

Structural Properties of Ferroelectric Perovskites
1998Abstract : Under this research grant, we carried out realistic first-principles computer calculations of the ground-state and finite-temperature structural and dielectric properties of cubic perovskite materials such as BaTiO3, SrTiO3, KNbO3, and PbTiO3.
