Intermixing and Magnetoelectric Coupling in Ferroelectric/Multiferroic Superlattices
Ferroelectrics, 2013We develop a simple model of superlattices consisting of alternate ferroelectric and multiferroic layers with interface intermixing based on the Landau-Ginzburg theory.
