Spin-torque ferromagnetic resonance induced by the spin Hall effect. [PDF]
We demonstrate that the spin Hall effect in a thin film with strong spin-orbit scattering can excite magnetic precession in an adjacent ferromagnetic film. The flow of alternating current through a Pt/NiFe bilayer generates an oscillating transverse spin

Magnetic moment centers in titanium dioxide photocatalysts loaded on reduced graphene oxide flakes
A whole series of titania nanocomposites modified with reduced graphene oxide (rGO) was prepared using solvothermal method followed by calcination. Modification of titania with rGO has been found to lead to better photocatalytic properties.

Ferromagnetic Resonance in Spinor Dipolar Bose--Einstein Condensates
We used the Gross--Pitaevskii equations to investigate ferromagnetic resonance in spin-1 Bose--Einstein condensates with a magnetic dipole-dipole interaction.

Tunable ferromagnetic resonance behavior in Co2FeSi film by post-annealing
Co2FeSi film is potential in the spintronics applications, due to its low damping factor, which is reflected in the ferromagnetic resonance behavior.

Localized ferromagnetic resonance force microscopy in permalloy-cobalt films
We report Ferromagnetic Resonance Force Microscopy (FMRFM) experiments on a justaposed continuous films of permalloy and cobalt. Our studies demonstrate the capability of FMRFM to perform local spectroscopy of different ferromagnetic materials ...

We present a theoretical analysis of current driven ferromagnetic resonance in a ferromagnet/normal-metal/ferromagnet tri-layer. This method of driving ferromagnetic resonance was recently realized experimentally by Tulapurkar et al.

Effect of Indirect Exchange Interaction on Ferromagnetic Resonance in Magnetic Nanogranular Films [PDF]
The effect of the non-magnetic matrix conducting properties on the ferromagnetic resonance of the ensembles of ferromagnetic metal nanogranules in magnetic nanogranular films with different types of non-magnetic matrix (metal and dielectric) was ...

Dual-frequency ferromagnetic resonance
We describe a new experimental technique to investigate coupling effects between different layers or modes in ferromagnetic resonance (FMR). Dual FMR frequencies are excited (2-8 GHz) simultaneously and detected selectively in a broadband RF circuit ...
