Na‐ion batteries ‐ Impact of doping on the oxygen redox: The sloping potential of NaMg0.1Ni0.4Mn0.5O2 above 4.0 V is caused by a new redox center (arising from the ‘O bound to Mg’), having a higher potential but being more irreversible compared to the ‘O bound to Ni’.

Magnetic ordering of itinerant systems; the role of kinetic exchange interaction
The possibility of ferromagnetic ordering is revisited in the band model. The coherent potential approximation decoupling has been used for the strong on-site Coulomb interaction.

Spectrally Tunable 2D Material‐Based Infrared Photodetectors for Intelligent Optoelectronics
Intelligent optoelectronics through spectral engineering of 2D material‐based infrared photodetectors. Abstract The evolution of intelligent optoelectronic systems is driven by artificial intelligence (AI). However, their practical realization hinges on the ability to dynamically capture and process optical signals across a broad infrared (IR) spectrum.

Field Effect Magnetization Reversal in Ferromagnetic Semiconductor Quantum Wells
We predict that a novel bias-voltage assisted magnetization reversal process will occur in Mn doped II-VI semiconductor quantum wells or heterojunctions with carrier induced ferromagnetism.

It is shown that interfaces between organic and inorganic layers govern long‐range stacking disorder and in‐plane anisotropy in 2D metal‐halide perovskites. By comparing single‐cation AB‐AB and ordered mixed‐cation ABCD‐ABCD stackings, SCXRD reveals enhanced mosaicity, while optics confirm high birefringence.

Oxygen vacancy enhanced room temperature ferromagnetism in Al-doped MgO nanoparticles
We have investigated the room temperature ferromagnetic order that develops in Al-substituted magnesium oxide, Mg(Al)O, nanoparticles with Al fractions of up to 5 at.%.

Observation of Relativistic Domain Wall Motion in Amorphous Ferrimagnets
Domain walls in ferrimagnets and antiferromagnets move as relativistic sine‐Gordon solitons, with the spin‐wave velocity setting their speed limit. Such relativistic domain‐wall motion is demonstrated in amorphous GdFeCo near angular momentum compensation, where current‐driven walls reach 90% of the 2 kms−1 spin‐wave speed, enabling ultrafast, device ...

We studied ferromagnetism in the one-dimensional Hubbard model with doubly degenerate atomic orbitals by means of the density-matrix renormalization-group method and obtained the ground-state phase diagrams.
