Conductance spectra of asymmetric ferromagnet/ferromagnet/ferromagnet junctions
Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 2017Abstract A theory of tunneling spectroscopy of ferromagnet/ferromagnet/ferromagnet junctions was studied. We applied a delta-functional approximation for the interface scattering properties under a one-dimensional system of a free electron approach.

Toward Intrinsic Room-Temperature Ferromagnetism in Two-Dimensional Semiconductors.
Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2018Two-dimensional (2D) ferromagnetic semiconductors have been recognized as the cornerstone for next-generation electric devices, but the development is highly limited by the weak ferromagnetic coupling and low Curie temperature ( TC).

Ferromagnetic resonance in amorphous ferromagnet
Solid State Communications, 1984Abstract The peculiarities of the ferromagnetic resonance of an amorphous ferromagnet in which a certain number of atoms forms the two-level systems are studied. The logarithmic dependence upon the temperature and the applied magnetic field of the frequency shift of the ferromagnetic resonance is obtained.

Multi-state magnetoresistance in ferromagnet/organic-ferromagnet/ferromagnet junctions
Applied Physics Letters, 2014Spin-dependent transport through a ferromagnetic metal/organic-ferromagnet/ferromagnet metal junction is investigated theoretically. It is demonstrated that the current through the device strongly depends on the alignment of the magnetization orientations of the electrodes and interlayer.

Vacancy-induced ferromagnetism of MoS2 nanosheets.
Journal of the American Chemical Society, 2015Outstanding magnetic properties are highly desired for two-dimensional ultrathin semiconductor nanosheets. Here, we propose a phase incorporation strategy to induce robust room-temperature ferromagnetism in a nonmagnetic MoS2 semiconductor.

Soliton dynamics in planar ferromagnets and anti-ferromagnets
Journal of Zhejiang University-SCIENCE A, 2003The aim of this paper is to present a rigorous mathematical proof of the dynamical laws for the topological solitons(magnetic vortices) in ferromagnets and anti-ferromagnets. It is achieved through the conservation laws for the topological vorticity and the weak convergence methods.

The question of whether weak, extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields (EMFs) can cause cancer always generates heated debate (see, for example, refs 1-3). In addition to epidemiological studies, a substantial body of literature exists on EMF stimulation of cells grown in vitro (for example, refs 4, 5). Although numerous effects have been

Ferromagnetic resonance studies of multiphase ferromagnets
Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 2000Abstract The theory of ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) and spin-wave resonance (SWR) is presented for the general case of multiphase ferromagnets, and applied to nanocrystalline materials, where nanometre size ferromagnetic crystals are embedded in an amorphous ferromagnetic phase which has a different magnetization. The possible existence of spin-wave

We show that the peculiarities of the electron band structure strongly affect the spin-valve effect in heterostructures consisting of a superconductor (S) and two ferromagnetic layers ${\mathrm{F}}_{1}$ and ${\mathrm{F}}_{2}$. For the $\mathrm{S}/{\mathrm{F}}_{1}/{\mathrm{F}}_{2}$ systems the energy shift between the electron bands in the S and ...

Criteria for ferromagnetic–insulator–ferromagnetic tunneling
Journal of Magnetism and Magnetic Materials, 2002The Rowell criteria, commonly used to identify tunneling in magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJ), are scrutinized. While neither the exponential-thickness dependence of the conductivity nor fits of non-linear transport data are found to be reliable tunneling criteria, the temperature-dependent conductivity does remain a solid criterion.
