Estudio retrospectivo de 19 años en 489 pacientes con endometriosis de los resultados obtenidos con el tratamiento médico, quirúrgico o con ambos en relación a la fertilidad. La posibilidad de considerar como de origen autoinmune es cada día mayor. En los resultados observamos que la sintomatología no tiene relación con el grado de enfermedad.
