Bogoliubov theory of Feshbach molecules in the BEC-BCS crossover [PDF]
We present the Bogoliubov theory for the Bose-Einstein condensation of Feshbach molecules in a balanced Fermi mixture. Because the Bogoliubov theory includes (Gaussian) fluctuations, we can in this manner accurately incorporate both the two-body and many-

Strongly Interacting Bose Polarons in Two-Dimensional Atomic Gases and Quantum Fluids of Polaritons
Polarons are quasiparticles relevant across many fields in physics: from condensed matter to atomic physics. Here, we study the quasiparticle properties of two-dimensional strongly interacting Bose polarons in atomic Bose–Einstein condensates and ...

One-dimensional quantum droplets under space-periodic nonlinear management
Quantum droplets have recently emerged as a novel liquid state of matter in a mixture of two-component ultracold Bose gases under the equilibrium condition between the competing attractive inter- and repulsive intraspecies forces.

Formation of ultracold NaRb Feshbach molecules
We report the creation of ultracold bosonic ^23 Na ^87 Rb Feshbach molecules via magneto-association. By ramping the magnetic field across an interspecies Feshbach resonance (FR), at least 4000 molecules can be produced out of the near degenerate ...

Feshbach resonances in ultracold K(39)
We discover several magnetic Feshbach resonances in collisions of ultracold K(39) atoms, by studying atom losses and molecule formation. Accurate determination of the magnetic-field resonance locations allows us to optimize a quantum collision model for potassium isotopes.
