Abstract It’s nevertheless an endless mess before one can assess Nature’s inventiveness. A Feynman diagram [l] is a graphical representation of the amplitude for a given process. It is composed of three types of elements: external lines, internal lines and vertices.

Picturing Feynman Diagrams and the Epistemology of Understanding
Perspectives in Science, 2018In this paper, I take up the following puzzle: If Feynman diagrams represent states of affairs, but do not do so truthfully what can their epistemic value be?

Feynman Diagrams: Modeling between Physics and Mathematics
Perspectives in Science, 2018The aim of the present paper is to analyze Feynman diagrams within the context of recent historical and philosophical debates about models in science and against the backdrop of other diagrammatic methods in mathematical physics when dealing with ...

Some Algebraic and Arithmetic Properties of Feynman Diagrams
Texts & Monographs in Symbolic Computation, 2018This article reports on some recent progresses in Bessel moments, which represent a class of Feynman diagrams in 2-dimensional quantum field theory. Many challenging mathematical problems on these Bessel moments have been formulated as a vast set of ...

Feynman diagrams without feynman parameters
Il Nuovo Cimento A, 1978Dimensionally regularized Feynman diagrams are represented by means of products ofk-functions. The infinite part of these diagrams is found very easily, also if they are overlapping, and the separation of the several kinds of divergences comes out quite naturally. Ward identities are proven in a transparent way.

Formulae expressing the amplitude for a Feynman diagram consisting of a single internal loop withn sides andn external lines as a sum of its reduced diagrams are derived by applying restrictions imposed by the finite dimensionality of space-time on the unparametrized amplitude.

Xfey, a Feynman diagram editor
Computer Physics Communications, 1998A graphical program, suitable for Feynman diagram drawings, is presented. It is mouse driven and easy to use. It is intended for those physicists who think they spend too much time drawing Feynman diagrams and want a tool to speed up the process.
