Feynman diagrams in four-dimensional holomorphic theories and the Operatope [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2022
We study a class of universal Feynman integrals which appear in four-dimensional holomorphic theories. We recast the integrals as the Fourier transform of a certain polytope in the space of loop momenta (a.k.a. the “Operatope”).

Categorical Semantics for Feynman Diagrams [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv.org, 2022
We introduce a novel compositional description of Feynman diagrams, with well-defined categorical semantics as morphisms in a dagger-compact category.

Hypergeometric Functions and Feynman Diagrams [PDF]

open access: yesTexts & Monographs in Symbolic Computation, 2020
The relationship between Feynman diagrams and hypergeometric functions is discussed. Special attention is devoted to existing techniques for the constructionof the Y-expansion.

Group invariants for Feynman diagrams

open access: yesSciPost Physics Proceedings, 2023
It is well-known that the symmetry group of a Feynman diagram can give important information on possible strategies for its evaluation, and the mathematical objects that will be involved. Motivated by ongoing work on multi-loop multi-photon amplitudes in

Feynman diagrams

open access: yesSynthese, 2021
The way from the path integral to Feynman diagrams is sketched. The emphasis is put on the decrease of complexity in this process, from infinite-dimensional integrals down to the apparent simplicity of child’s play. On the other hand, also the subsequent

The quest for purely virtual quanta: fakeons versus Feynman-Wheeler particles

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2020
The search for purely virtual quanta has attracted interest in the past. We consider various proposals and compare them to the concept of fake particle, or “fakeon”.

The twistor Wilson loop and the amplituhedron

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2018
The amplituhedron provides a beautiful description of perturbative superamplitude integrands in N = 4 $$ \mathcal{N}=4 $$ SYM in terms of purely geometric objects, generalisations of polytopes. On the other hand the Wilson loop in supertwistor space also

Evaluating master integrals in non-factorizable corrections to t-channel single-top production at NNLO QCD

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2023
We studied the two-loop non-factorizable Feynman diagrams for the t-channel single-top production process in quantum chromodynamics. We present a systematic computation of master integrals of the two-loop Feynman diagrams with one internal massive ...

FeynGame-2.1 -- Feynman diagrams made easy [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of The European Physical Society Conference on High Energy Physics — PoS(EPS-HEP2023)
FeynGame is an open-source software tool to draw Feynman diagrams, but also to get acquainted with their structure. This article reports on a number of new features which have been added to FeynGame since its first release.

Challenges with internal photons in constructive QED

open access: yesNuclear Physics B, 2023
We find the correct spinor amplitude for a simple photon-mediated process and show that, in contrast, the result for the same process using the standard constructive techniques do not agree with Feynman diagrams when the fermions are massive.
