In Vivo Evaluation of Injected and Bioprinted Hyaluronic Acid‐Based Bioink in Corneal Stromal Pocket

open access: yesMacromolecular Bioscience, Volume 26, Issue 1, January 2026.
Hyaluronic acid‐based bioinks support the viability of cells and keratocyte‐like characteristics. They integrate with host cornea stroma and adapt to irregular pockets through stable in situ gelation. The bioinks remain optically transparent, promote tissue remodeling, and reduce haze and inflammation.

The Effectiveness, Safety and Cost‐Effectiveness of Platelet‐Rich Plasma and Platelet‐Rich Fibrin in the Treatment of Venous Leg Ulcers: A Systematic Review and Meta‐Analysis

open access: yesInternational Wound Journal, Volume 23, Issue 1, January 2026.
ABSTRACT Venous leg ulcers occur due to chronic venous insufficiency in the lower extremities and are often difficult to heal. Platelet‐rich plasma and platelet‐rich fibrin are products that contain high concentrations of platelets. This systematic review evaluated the effectiveness, safety and cost‐effectiveness of these products for the treatment of ...
