ABSTRACT A 4‐year‐old spayed female domestic shorthair cat was evaluated for a three‐day history of dyspnea and lethargy. Abdominal ultrasonography and thoracic radiographs revealed the presence of abdominal and pleural effusions, along with both uterine horns and a rounded mass in the pelvic abdomen.
