AbstractFibrosarcoma may involve the ethmoid sinus by extension from the maxillary antrum or, more rarely arise as a primary neoplasm.A case of a well differentiated primary fibrosarcoma of the ethmoid sinuses is reported which presented in a 24-year-old male. The tumour was treated by wide local resection.

Abstract Two cases of primary fibrosarcomas of the tongue are described, one in a 32-year-old woman and another in a 15-year-old boy. The tongue is considered a rare site of this tumor. Attention is called to the possibility of fibrosarcoma if a rapidly growing lesion is found in the muscles of the tongue.

Fibrosarcoma of the Mediastinum
Diseases of the Chest, 19551 A brief review of the literature on mediastinal tumors is offered, with special attention to fibrosarcoma of the mediastinum. 2 Three unusual cases of mediastinal fibrosarcoma are reported. 3 Two of these showed a remarkable degree of mediastinal compression. Superior vena cava obstruction was extreme and pulmonary insufficiency intractable.
