Hand Surgery, 2007A 14-year-old male presented with a spindle shape deformity of the right middle finger. X-ray examination showed a lobulated lesion with a "ground glass" appearance, and expanding and thinning of the dorsal cortex of the middle phalanx. Curettage of the lesion and autologous bone graft was performed.
