String field theoryะ Time evolution and T-duality [PDF]
The time evolution operator of quantum field theory (Schrödinger functional) can be written in terms of particles moving on S(^1)/Z(_2-). By deriving the 'gluing property’ which joins two propagators across fixed time surfaces, we show that the Feynman ...

Liquid‐phase transmission electron microscopy enables direct observation of nucleation and growth processes in solution. This review is dedicated to the remembrance of Helmut Cölfen and highlights recent studies on complex materials—oxides, biominerals, organic–inorganic crystals—which were central to his research activity. It summarizes key milestones,

Relaxation terms for anomalous hydrodynamic transport in Weyl semimetals from kinetic theory
We consider as a model of Weyl semimetal thermoelectric transport a (3 + 1)-dimensional charged, relativistic and relaxed fluid with a U(1) V × U(1) A chiral anomaly.

Hydrodynamic Self-Consistent Field Theory for Inhomogeneous Polymer Melts [PDF]
We introduce a mesoscale technique for simulating the structure and rheology of block copolymer melts and blends in hydrodynamic flows. The technique couples dynamic self consistent field theory (DSCFT) with continuum hydrodynamics and flow penalization to simulate polymeric fluid flows in channels of arbitrary geometry.

We propose a suture‐complementary approach that integrates optical skin clearing with a strain‐programmable luminescent adhesive patch. Hyaluronic acid promotes transdermal delivery of tartrazine to improve optical clearing and stabilizes its interaction with a photosensitizer. Optical clearing increases the penetration depth of visible light into skin,

Relativistic Hydrodynamic Scaling from the Dynamics of Quantum Field Theory [PDF]
Relativistic hydrodynamic scaling or boost invariance is a particularly important hydrodynamic regime, describing collective flows of relativistic many body systems and is used in the interpretation of experiments from high-energy cosmic rays to relativistic heavy-ion collisions.

Causality in dissipative relativistic magnetohydrodynamics
We explore the relationship between linear and non-linear causality in theories of dissipative relativistic fluid dynamics. While for some fluid-dynamical theories, a linearized causality analysis can be used to determine whether the full non-linear ...

Mechanoluminescent HOF Nanotransducers Enabled Sono‐Optogenetics in Parkinsonian Rats
We present a mechanoluminescent system utilizing porous hydrogen‐bonded organic frameworks (HOFs) as a toolkit for focused ultrasound‐triggered, non‐invasive light delivery to the deep brain in rats. This approach enables the specific activation of PV‐GPe neurons in dopamine‐depleted Parkinson's disease rat models, resulting in a comparable alleviation
