Identification key to European genera of Eucoilinae (Hymenoptera, Cynipoidea, Figitidae)

AbstractA key is presented to the European genera of Eucoilinae, for the first time after these genera have been circumscribed based on type studies and phylogenetic concerns. The key is illustrated with drawings based on SEM pictures. A generic catalogue with full synonymy of the European eucoiline genera is presented.

Phylogeny of the parasitic wasp subfamily Charipinae (Hymenoptera, Cynipoidea, Figitidae)

The Charipinae are a major group of hyperparasitoids of Hemiptera. Here, we present the first cladistic analysis of this subfamily's internal relationships, based on 96 morphological characters of adults. The data matrix was analysed using uniformly weighted parsimony.
