Ultrasound‐Actuated Gene Editing in Human Kidney Organoids
Peptide‐stabilized nanoemulsions enable spatially controlled, ultrasound‐triggered delivery of gene‐editing proteins deep within human kidney organoid tissues. Focused acoustic pulses drive droplet vaporization, propelling cargo into target renal cells while preserving native tissue microarchitecture. This non‐viral platform improves both the depth and

Foreign Direct Investment and Employment Creation in Pacific Island Countries: An Empirical Study of Fiji [PDF]
This paper undertakes an econometric study of the impact of FDI in Fiji during a 30-year period. In the absence of data on Fiji’s employment in FDI sectors either in aggregated form or by specific sectors, we are constrained to use data on formal sector ...

ABSTRACT Mast cells (MCs), key innate immune sentinels at the host–environment interface, serve as primary responders to invading pathogens. However, their specific contribution to host defense against cutaneous Candida albicans (C. albicans) infection and their synergy with other immune and non‐immune cells remain poorly understood. Here, we show that

Simple as ABC? An examination of Activity Based Costing (ABC) Implementation in Fiji
We review the level of Activity Based Costing (ABC) in Fiji in this article. This exercise is important in furthering our understanding of the use of ABC in Fiji. ABC is a popular costing system and strategic tool for organizations in developed countries

Redox‐Dependent Chaperoning of GBF1 Condensates Regulates Seed Germination in Arabidopsis
In dormant seeds (low ROS), GBF1 forms liquid condensates to repress the germination gene CathB3, and the chaperone GIP1 maintains condensate liquidity and repressive activity. Upon imbibition (high ROS), ROS oxidize GIP1 during germination, impairing its chaperone function.

A COINTEGRATION AND ERROR CORRECTION APPROACH TO DEMAND FOR MONEY IN FIJI: 1971-2002 [PDF]
Demand for money is an important macroeconomic relationship. Its stability has implications for the choice of monetary policy targets. This paper estimates demand for narrow money in Fiji and evaluates its robustness and stability. It is found that there

A developmentally inspired bioprinting approach enables the fabrication of pluripotent tissues that undergo shape‐morphing and in situ cardiac lineage specification. This method employs embedded bioprinting to deposit iPSCs within soft granular hydrogels to create pluripotent tissue constructs that undergo cell‐mediated shape morphogenesis.
