Universal Graph Filter Design based on Butterworth, Chebyshev and Elliptic Functions [PDF]
Graph filters are crucial tools in processing the spectrum of graph signals. In this paper, we propose to design universal IIR graph filters with low computational complexity by using three kinds of functions, which are Butterworth, Chebyshev, and Elliptic functions, respectively.

Improvement of ECG Signal Noise Removal Using Recursive Kalman Filter [PDF]
Nowadays, Kalman filter has been wildly used for solving the problem of real world. Kalman filter is a recursive filter that estimates the state of a linear dynamic system from a series of noisy measurements.

On the Fractionalization of the Shift Operator on Graphs
The theory of graph signal processing has been established with the purpose of generalizing tools from classical digital signal processing to the cases where the signal domain can be modeled by an arbitrary graph.

YY Filter — A Paradigm of Digital Signal Processing [PDF]
YY filter, named after the founder Prof. Yutaka Yamamoto, is a digital filter designed by sampled-data control theory, which can optimize the analog performance of the signal processing system with AD/DA converters. This article discusses problems in conventional signal processing and introduces advantages of the YY filter.

Functional variation among LPMOs revealed by the inhibitory effects of cyanide and buffer ions
This study addresses the inhibition of lytic polysaccharide monooxygenases (LPMOs) by cyanide and explains how and why the magnitude of observed inhibitory effects depends on the way LPMO reactions are setup and on the type of LPMO. Enzymes known as lytic polysaccharide monooxygenases (LPMOs) are mono‐copper polysaccharide‐degrading peroxygenases that ...

Tutorial: Digital filtering and processing of signals [PDF]
Behav. Res. Meth. & Instru., 1973, Vol. 5 (2) Digi tal filtering was described as a general mathematical technique of processing sequences of sampled data points analogous to the action of electrical or mechanical filtering. The discussion often referred to filtering as taking place in the time dimension, although it was noted that it could take place ...

Exponential stability and asymptotic properties of the optimal filter for signals with deterministic hyperbolic dynamics [PDF]
The problem of stability of the optimal filter is revisited. The optimal filter (or filtering process) is the conditional probability of the current state of some stochastic process (the signal process), given both present and past values of another process (the observation process).

Low‐density lipoprotein receptor‐related protein 6 (LRP6) is a key receptor for the Wnt antagonist Dickkopf1 (DKK1). DKK1 protein expression is induced in a bleomycin (BLM)‐induced lung injury model. We show that DKK1 induces proinflammatory and profibrotic genes in lung fibroblasts.
