Filter-Based Wilkinson Power Divider

IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, 2014
A bandpass Wilkinson power divider with a wide stopband is proposed in this letter. A three-terminal and two-pole bandpass filter and two lowpass filters are employed to substitute two quarter-wavelength transformer in the conventional Wilkinson power divider. The proposed divider achieves not only bandpass response but also a very wide stopband.

High-Isolation Resistorless Tunable Filtering Power Divider

2020 IEEE Radio and Wireless Symposium (RWS), 2020
This paper presents a novel architecture for a resistorless tunable filtering RF power divider with good isolation. The design is based on coupled dual-mode cavity resonators. At the even mode excitation, the primary resonance mode is coupled through the evanescent resonators, delivering the filtering response.

Filtering Power Divider With Phase Shift Output

2020 IEEE MTT-S International Conference on Numerical Electromagnetic and Multiphysics Modeling and Optimization (NEMO), 2020
This paper presents a power divider which realizes the average energy distribution of input signals, a fixed phase difference of output signals and filtering. The signal interference technology is used to realize the filtering function. The input and output of the filter have a phase difference of 90°, with 70.7 ȍ port impedance, which replaces the ...

Multi-port Filtering Power Dividing Networks

2019 IEEE MTT-S International Wireless Symposium (IWS), 2019
Multi-port filtering power dividing networks have been applied widely in modern communication systems due to their high integration level by fusing filtering function and power dividing function into one component. The reported filtering power dividing networks are realized by using filters cascading to power dividing network or using the two identical

A reconfigurable filtering power divider

2016 IEEE MTT-S International Microwave Symposium (IMS), 2016
In this paper, a filtering reconfigurable power divider is proposed based on novel switched-filter matching network (SFMN). The reconfigurable impedance matching can be obtained by applying different bias conditions to the p-i-n diodes loaded at the resonators and the feed lines.

Balanced-to-single-ended filtering power dividers

2016 IEEE International Conference on Ubiquitous Wireless Broadband (ICUWB), 2016
Balanced-to-single-ended filtering power dividers have been used widely in modern communication systems due to their ability of easy connection with balanced and single-ended components simultaneously as well as differential-mode power division, common-mode suppression and filtering function, which is similar to balanced-to-balanced filtering power ...

Compact LTCC in-phase filtering power divider

2017 10th Global Symposium on Millimeter-Waves, 2017
In this paper, a compact in-phase power divider integrated with bandpass responses in low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) technology is presented. The proposed device is composed of three coupled half-wavelength resonators and an isolation resistor. Among them, one resonator acts as the common resonator and is symmetrically coupled to the other two

Compact filtering power divider with harmonic suppression

Journal of Electromagnetic Waves and Applications, 2016
This paper presents a novel power divider with flltering responses. By using quarter- wavelength resonators with a novel feeding structure, both power division and bandpass responses are obtained, and compact size is realized. Discriminating coupling is utilized to suppress the third harmonic to obtain wide stopband. The isolation resistor is connected

Lumped‐element filtering power dividers

International Journal of Circuit Theory and Applications, 2018
SummaryA power divider is ideally a lossless reciprocal device performing vector summation of two or more input signals, which is an extremely important circuit component in wireless communication systems or radar systems. In this paper, a general concept of lumped‐element power divider is discussed.

Filtering Power Divider With Arbitrary Prescribed Phase Difference

2020 IEEE Asia-Pacific Microwave Conference (APMC), 2020
This paper presents a design of filtering power divider with the arbitrary prescribed constant phase difference between two different paths. The proposed circuit consists of a Wilkinson power divider (WPD) and Nth-order coupled line bandpass filters (BPFs) with different fractional bandwidths (FBWs).
