Applying an Ethical Lens to the Treatment of People With Multiple Sclerosis
ABSTRACT The practice of neurology requires an understanding of clinical ethics for decision‐making. In multiple sclerosis (MS) care, there are a wide range of ethical considerations that may arise. These involve shared decision‐making around selection of a disease‐modifying therapy (DMT), risks and benefits of well‐studied medications in comparison to

Galerkin/Runge-Kutta discretizations for semilinear parabolic equations [PDF]
A new class of fully discrete Galerkin/Runge-Kutta methods is constructed and analyzed for semilinear parabolic initial boundary value problems. Unlike any classical counterpart, this class offers arbitrarily high, optimal order convergence.

Effects of Biological Sex and Age on Cerebrospinal Fluid Markers—A Retrospective Observational Study
ABSTRACT Objective Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) analysis is a key diagnostic tool for neurological diseases. To date, only a few studies have investigated in larger cohorts the effect of age and biological sex on diagnostic markers extracted from CSF. Methods For this retrospective observational study, 4163 CSF findings (2012–2020) were evaluated.

Solution to the Initial-Final Value Problem for a Non-Stationary Leontief Type System
The article is devoted to the construction of a solution to the initial-final value problem for a non-stationary Leontief type system. Such systems take place in dynamic balance models of the economy. A distinctive feature of Leontief type systems is the degeneracy of the matrix at the time derivative, due to the fact that some types of resources of ...

Existence and continuous dependence of nonlocal final value problem with Caputo-Hadamard derivative
Summary: In this paper, we demonstrate the existence of a global solution to the problems with the final condition containing the Caputo-Hadamard derivative of order \(p \in (0,1)\). In particular, the uniqueness of the solution is proven when the source function satisfies the Lipschitz condition.

Vestibular Patient Journey: Insights From Vestibular Disorders Association (VeDA) Registry
ABSTRACT Objective Vestibular symptoms impose a high burden of disability. Understanding real‐world diagnostic and treatment pathways can identify care gaps and guide interventions. We aimed to characterize symptom profiles, diagnostic trends, provider involvement, and treatment patterns in vestibular disorders.

FDG‐PET Associations With Disease Severity and Outcomes in NMDA‐Receptor IgG Autoimmune Encephalitis
ABSTRACT Background Patients with N‐methyl‐D‐aspartate (NMDA) receptor‐immunoglobulin G (IgG) autoimmune encephalitis (NMDAR‐IgG AE) demonstrate occipital lobe hypometabolism on baseline brain fluorodeoxyglucose‐positron emission tomography (bFDG‐PET).

Posterior Cortical Atrophy in the Asia‐Pacific: A Report From the PCA Asian Workgroup
ABSTRACT Objective Posterior Cortical Atrophy (PCA) is a distinct dementia syndrome primarily affecting spatial abilities and visual processing. It is associated with degeneration in the posterior part of the brain. PCA is subclassified into PCA‐pure and PCA‐plus syndromes based on consensus criteria.
