A Versatile DNA‐Encoded Library Platform for the Discovery of Highly Cooperative Chemical Inducers of Proximity

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
We present a versatile DNA‐encoded library (DEL) platform designed for rapid library synthesis and subsequent screening for chemical inducers of proximity (CIPs) across various presenter proteins of choice. Applying this approach, we discovered a novel molecular glue‐like compound mediating CRBN‐BRD9 ternary complex formation with remarkable ...

Developmental Environmental Chronotoxicity by Polystyrene Nanoplastics Exacerbates High‐Fat Diet‐Induced Pediatric MAFLD Through Circadian Disruption and Mitochondrial Dysfunction

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Polystyrene nanoplastics exacerbate high‐fat diet‐induced metabolic dysfunction in an age‐dependent manner. Juvenile mice exhibit greater susceptibility, characterized by circadian disruption, impaired mitochondrial function, reduced energy metabolism, and enhanced hepatic lipid accumulation.

Asymmetric Structure‐Driven Functional Synergy: A Multistimuli‐Activated Janus Nanomotor for Self‐Amplifying NO Cascade Therapy

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
The Janus nanomotors leverage an “asymmetric structure‐driven functional synergy” strategy to orchestrate spatiotemporally coordinated catalytic functions, in situ self‐amplifying NO generation, and deep tumor penetration, thereby enabling controllable, sustained, and uniform NO generation within the tumor microenvironment.

Compound Abrus cantoniensis Extract Alleviates AFB1‐Induced Liver Injury by Regulating PI3K‐AKT Pathway and Gut Microbiota/Butyrate Metabolism

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
ACCE has a good alleviating effect on AFB1‐induced liver injury, and this alleviating effect is related to the PI3K‐AKT pathway regulated by ACCE and the butyrate metabolism of gut microbiota. ABSTRACT Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a potent hepatotoxin commonly ingested through contaminated food. Abrus cantoniensis Hance, a traditional Chinese medicinal herb,

TROP2‐Targeting Chimeras (TRTACs) for Tumor Cell‐Selective Membrane Protein Degradation and Enhanced Drug Delivery

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
TROP2 is identified as a novel tumor‐selective lysosomal‐targeting receptor with established clinical relevance. TROP2‐targeting chimeras (TRTACs) are developed by genetically fusing a TROP2‐binding nanobody to nanobodies against specific target proteins.

ERα–PADI4–CXCL8 Axis Drives MDSC‐Mediated Immune Evasion in Anaplastic Thyroid Carcinoma

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
MAPK‐driven ligand‐independent ERα activation drives PADI4 transcription and translation. This enzyme then modifies CXCL8 chemokines through citrullination, generating a potent chemoattractant gradient specifically for myeloid‐derived suppressor cells.

THE ELASTICITY OF FINANCIAL ASSETS

The Journal of Finance, 1974
RECENT ADVANCES in the theory of capital asset pricing have gained widespread acceptance in the academic world and in the investment community at large. In many of these models, the risk variable is specified in terms of relative price volatility or the celebrated "beta" factor. In spite of a great deal of empirical and theoretical work directed toward

The Financial Assets of Non-Financial Firms

SSRN Electronic Journal, 2020
We construct a novel panel dataset to provide new evidence on how the largest nonfinancial firms manage the composition of their financial assets. Over the past decade, bond portfolios have grown to be at least as large as cash-like instruments, driven by the meteoric rise of corporate bond holdings.

Dynamic Clustering of Financial Assets

2014
In this work we propose a procedure for time-varying clustering of financial time series. We use a dissimilarity measure based on the lower tail dependence coefficient, so that the resulting groups are homogeneous in the sense that the joint bivariate distributions of two series belonging to the same group are highly associated in the lower tail.

Elder Financial Asset Management

2012
The prudent management of older people's financial assets is fundamental to ensuring choice, dignity, and well-being in older age. Families play an important role in assisting older people to manage assets, though these practices have often remained a hidden part of family care. Australian research has demonstrated extensive family involvement in asset
