Hydroxychloroquine Associated With Lower Glomerular Filtration Rate Decline in Lupus Nephritis

Objective Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) protects kidney function in lupus nephritis (LN) by preventing flares, yet some cohort studies show no significant benefit in kidney function with HCQ.
