Advanced Engineering Materials, Volume 27, Issue 6, March 2025.The stability criteria affecting the formation of high‐entropy alloys, particularly focusing in supersaturated solid solutions produced by mechanical alloying, are analyzed. Criteria based on Hume–Rothery rules are distinguished from those derived from thermodynamic relations. The formers are generally applicable to mechanically alloyed samples.

Advanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.This study explores the first implementation of Ti‐based MXenes materials in brake pad friction composite material. Analyzing Electronic Excitations and Exciton Binding Energies in Y6 Films
Advanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.The Y6 molecule is used for increasing the efficiency of organic solar cells. The exciton binding energy is calculated for ensembles of Y6 molecules that are representative of the typically used films. The calculations show that the excitons typically spread out over many molecules.
