Hox Gene Variation Drives Morphological Specialization of Humpback Grouper Cromileptes altivelis
Integrative Zoology, EarlyView.Cromileptes altivelis exhibits a distinctive “sunken head and humpback” morphology, formed through cranial remodeling.
