Summary A 4‐year‐old, female, neutered, domestic short‐haired cat presented with an acute onset of progressive compulsive pacing and obtundation. General physical examination revealed a crusty nasal discharge, with neurological examination showing a forebrain localisation.

Abstract An 8‐year‐old female Schnauzer presented with chronic postprandial vomiting. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed a thickened duodenal segment with loss of wall layering and decreased mesenteric reactivity. Exploratory laparotomy and segmental duodenectomy were performed on the patient.

Novel perianal proliferative mass in a 10.5‐year‐old male castrated dog
Abstract A 10.5‐year‐old, 31.1‐kg male castrated mixed‐breed dog was referred for a 1.5 cm, bleeding, perianal mass. Cytology was supportive of sarcoma, while granulation tissue with ulceration and superficial bacterial colonisation was reported on the histologic examination of an excisional biopsy performed by the referring veterinarian.
