Benchmarking Mechanical Properties of 3D Printed Elastomeric Microstructures
Small Methods, EarlyView.A nanoindentation protocol for three‐dimensional (3D) printed elastomeric microstructures is developed, optimized, and benchmarked to address tip‐sample adhesion and substrate artifacts. Elastic modulus measurements are shown to be strongly influenced by sample geometry, test parameters, indenter tip shape, and analysis models.
