An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Controlled release of an active is used in many applications. An example is drug delivery were it is desirable to release the active substance close to the target. In paints can anti-mold substances be encapsulated and released slowly during a long time which can extend the lifetime of the paint.

Biomass Native Structure Into Functional Carbon‐Based Catalysts for Fenton‐Like Reactions
This study indicates that eight biomasses with 2D flaky and 1D acicular structures influence surface O types, morphology, defects, N doping, sp2 C, and Co nanoparticles loading in three series of carbon, N‐doped carbon, and cobalt/graphitic carbon. This work identifies how these structural factors impact catalytic pathways, enhancing selective electron
