Key Engineering Materials, 2018
The main aim of this contribution is comparison the properties of fine aggregate concrete with partial replacement of sand by fine recycled aggregate. The fine recycled aggregate originated from two different sources. The main topic of this article is the study of influence of the origin of FRA to fine aggregate concrete properties.

Recycled concrete as fine and coarse aggregates in concrete
Magazine of Concrete Research, 1987Synopsis The effects of using crushed concrete as coarse and fine aggregates upon strength and deformation of concrete are reported. The properties of recycled aggregates differ from those of natural aggregates due to the presence of a considerable proportion of mortar attached to natural aggregate and loose mortar.

Microanalysis of Recycled Coarse Aggregate and Properties of No-Fines Pervious Recycled Concrete
Journal of Testing and Evaluation, 2011Abstract Three types of recycled coarse aggregate (RCA) produced from old cement beams with designed compressive strengths of 40, 60, and 80 MPa, respectively, were employed for measurement by X-ray diffraction (XRD), infrared absorption spectroscopy (IR), and scanning electron microscope (SEM). The XRD result indicated that the presence
