破砕処理で製造された再生細骨材は,クラック,空隙,気泡等の欠陥部が多く含まれていて脆弱である.本報告では,再生細骨材の欠陥部だけを選択的に除去するとともに,粒度分布や粒形状の改善を図ることを検討した.破砕作用があるジョークラッシャ,磨砕作用がある整粒機,両作用があるボールミルを用い,各粉砕機の作用機構と骨材品質の関係を評価した.その結果,磨砕作用のある整粒機またはボールミルにより,脆弱な欠陥部をある程度選択的に除去できること,及び粒度分布や粒形が改善されて実積率が向上することを明らかとした.
