Visual motion analysis of the player's finger [PDF]
This work is about the extraction of the motion of fingers, in their three articulations, of a keyboard player from a video sequence. The relevance of the problem involves several aspects, in fact, the extraction of the movements of the fingers may be used to compute the keystroke efficiency and individual joint contributions, as showed by Werner Goebl

Design of a Five-Fingered Hand with Full-Fingered Tactile Sensors Using Conductive Filaments and Its Application to Bending after Insertion Motion [PDF]
The purpose of this study is to construct a contact point estimation system for the both side of a finger, and to realize a motion of bending the finger after inserting the finger into a tool (hereinafter referred to as the bending after insertion motion).

By employing a partial oxidation strategy, nanosized pores are introduced into MXene nanosheets. The resulting holey MXene exhibits faster ionic transport, achieving an aerial capacitance 2.5 times that of unmodified MXene electrodes, and demonstrates excellent cycling stability, retaining 91.7% of its capacitance after 10 000 cycles.
