Enhancement of Calcium Ion Permeation via Resonant Coupling of Ion and Terahertz Waves in Voltage Gated Calcium Channels

We introduce a novel, ion‐targeted strategy to enhance calcium permeation in voltage gated calcium channels. By directly driving the ions’ coherent collective motion via resonant coupling with a 1.65 THz field, we lower the inter‐site energy barrier, inducing a statistically significant enhancement of ion influx.

The ITGB2‐COPS3‐SOX2 Axis and SOX2 Liquid‐Liquid Phase Separation: Dual Mechanisms Governing Osteosarcoma Stemness

Osteosarcoma stemness is driven by the ITGB2‐COPS3‐SOX2 signaling axis. Profiling Localized Immunomodulation and Drug Biodistribution within a Subcutaneous Vascularized Niche for Cell Transplantation

We studied how five common immunosuppressants behave when delivered directly to a transplant site instead of systemically. Using a vascularized implant for islet transplantation, we show that local delivery protects grafts, limits drug spread to the rest of the body, and produces distinct immune signatures.

Cascade‐Responsive MXene@Cu‐MOF Heterostructure Integrates Antioxidant Activity, Infection Control, and Vascularization for Tracheal Repair

A cascade‐responsive MXene@Cu‐MOF/GelMA hydrogel is engineered as a “skeleton–backpack” platform for extensive tracheal repair. The MXene framework scavenges postoperative ROS and converts NIR light into mild hyperthermia, while the Cu‐MOF component provides pH/NIR‐responsive Cu2+ dosing for infection control, angiogenesis, and chondrogenesis.
