Isomorphism problems of noncommutative deformations of type $D$ Kleinian singularities [PDF]
We construct all possible noncommutative deformations of a Kleinian singularity ${\mathbb C}^2/\Gamma$ of type $D_n$ in terms of generators and relations, and solve the isomorphism problem for the associative algebras thus constructed.

About Periodic Shunkov Group Saturated with Finite Simple Groups of Lie Type Rank 1
The property of group G to be saturated with given set of groups X is a natural generalization of locally-cover definition (in class of locally finite groups) on periodic groups. Locally-finite group, witch has a locally-cover contains from finite simple

On Polish Groups of Finite Type
Sorin Popa initiated the study of Polish groups which are embeddable into the unitary group of a separable finite von Neumann algebra. Such groups are called of finite type or said to belong to the class \mathscr{U}_{\text{fin}} .

Finite element solutions to boundary value problems [PDF]
This thesis was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy and awarded by Brunel University. This thesis consists of two distinct parts which deal with two-point boundary value problems and parabolic problems, respectively.

Finite Timoshenko-Type Beam Element with a Crack
The paper presents a method of constructing the stiffness matrix of a Timoshenko-type finite beam element with a single nonpropagating transversal one-edge crack located in the middle of its length.

Recognizing Cluster Algebras of Finite Type [PDF]
We compute the list of all minimal 2-infinite diagrams, which are cluster algebraic analogues of extended Dynkin graphs.

Finite element approximation of a nonlinear cross-diffusion population model [PDF]
We consider a fully discrete finite element approximation of the nonlinear cross-diffusion population model: Find u i, the population of the ith species, i = 1 and 2, such that ∂ui ∂t −Δ [ ci ui + ai u2i + ui uj] − bi ∇.

Intermediate $\beta$-shifts of finite type
An aim of this article is to highlight dynamical differences between the greedy, and hence the lazy, $\beta$-shift (transformation) and an intermediate $\beta$-shift (transformation), for a fixed $\beta \in (1, 2)$. Specifically, a classification in terms of the kneading invariants of the linear maps $T_{\beta,\alpha} \colon x \mapsto \beta x + \alpha \

Finite element multistep multideriavative schemes for parabolic equations [PDF]
The linear, homogeneous, parabolic equation is solved by applying finite element discretizations in space and A0 —stable, linear multistep, multiderivative (L.M.S.D.) methods in time. Such schemes are unconditionally stable. An error analysis establishes
