Ultrahigh Interfacial Thermal Conductance across GaN/BAs Interfaces via Atomic‐Level Engineering
The integration of gallium nitride (GaN) with ultrahigh‐thermal‐conductivity boron arsenide (BAs) substrates represents a promising pathway for developing next‐generation high‐power devices. The heat dissipation capability of such integrated systems is fundamentally governed by thermal transport across GaN/BAs interfaces, and buffer layers such as ...

Spatiotemporal Thermal Modulation and Patterning using a Programmable 1024 Element Microheater Array
Programmable microheater arrays are essential for a variety of applications. However, large arrays have thus far not been realized. We introduce a programmable 32×$\times$32 microheater array consisting of heating elements – each smaller than 300 μm$\umu{\rm m}$.

MeO‐2PACz‐functionalized MXene nanosheets create a thermally conductive buried interface in inverted perovskite solar cells. The interface improves heat spreading, suppresses defects and ion migration, and strengthens charge extraction, extending T80 at 65°C from 141 to 687 h while maintaining competitive efficiency.

In this study, we developed elastic hollow graphene spheres (GS) that serve as a pore‐engineering additive. This strategy enables the direct fabrication of porous electrodes, effectively mitigating volume expansion and mechanical stress in silicon‐based anodes during cycling without compromising active material or increasing production costs.

Modifying Electrochemical Doping in Light‐Emitting Electrochemical Cells With Gold Nanoparticles
This study shows that gold nanoparticles placed at an electrode can control how electrochemical doping occurs in organic electronic devices. Particularly, in light‐emitting electrochemical cells, by shifting the light‐emitting region, device efficiency is improved without altering the emissive material. This approach provides a simple and effective way

Enhancing Specific Stiffness of Nano‐Architected Materials Through Generative AI and Active Learning
A structure‐centric generative framework searches voxelated design space directly, coupling a variational autoencoder with multi‐objective optimization and active learning to progressively expand the validated design domain. The discovered nano‐architectures, realized as pyrolytic carbon by two‐photon lithography, deliver 18–23% higher stiffness and 26–
