Valued Graphs and the Representation Theory of Lie Algebras
Quivers (directed graphs), species (a generalization of quivers) and their representations play a key role in many areas of mathematics including combinatorics, geometry, and algebra.

This study shows that superalloys used in aircraft engine disks become much more prone to deformation at high temperatures if they have been strained during manufacturing. This effect increases with the level of prior strain but eventually reaches a limit.

The Projective Character Tables of a Solvable Group 26:6×2
The Chevalley–Dickson simple group G24 of Lie type G2 over the Galois field GF4 and of order 251596800=212.33.52.7.13 has a class of maximal subgroups of the form 24+6:A5×3, where 24+6 is a special 2-group with center Z24+6=24. Since 24 is normal in 24+6:

The factorizations of the finite exceptional groups of lie type
In this paper the factorizations \(G=AB\) of exceptional finite simple groups G of Lie type are determined. It is shown, that only \(G_ 2(q)\) and \(F_ 4(q)\) have factorizations and these factorizations are given explicitly. By a former result of two of the authors [Preprint, Univ.

This work studies the anisotropic behavior of circular notched tensile specimens of Ni‐base superalloy single crystals during high‐temperature tensile creep along [001], [110], and [111]. Correlative scale‐bridging imaging of specimens reveals early rupture along [110] because 1) plastic deformation proceeds faster at notch center; 2) more (brittle ...

On walks of variable length in the Schubert incidence systems and multivariate flow ciphers
The flow cipher algorithm based on walks at the flag variety of a Schubert system over the finite commutative ring is proposed. The restriction of the incidence relation of the geometry of a finite simple Lie group of the normal type on the union of ...

New AI‐Assisted Approach for Expanding the Solution Space: Application to Lattice Structure Design
This work introduces an innovative framework for designing structured materials by ex panding the design space through reparameterization of qualitative variables into continuous structural descriptors. Combined with machine‐learning‐based prediction and multi‐objective optimization, the approach enables the discovery of novel lattice architectures ...

About Periodic Shunkov Group Saturated with Finite Simple Groups of Lie Type Rank 1
The property of group G to be saturated with given set of groups X is a natural generalization of locally-cover definition (in class of locally finite groups) on periodic groups. Locally-finite group, witch has a locally-cover contains from finite simple

Finite groups of Lie type of small rank [PDF]
Let \(G\) be a finite group. The Zassenhaus conjecture for integral group rings predicts that given two subgroups \(X\) and \(Y\) in the group of units of augmentation \(1\) of \(\mathbb{Z} G\), if the order of \(X\) and of \(Y\) equals the order of \(G\), then there is a unit \(a\) in \(\mathbb{Q} G\) so that \(aXa^{-1}=Y\).

Digitalizing electroplating requires both domain knowledge and interoperability. This work introduces PlatOn, a domain ontology for trivalent chromium plating and coating characterization, and a hybrid pipeline that aligns it to a mid‐level reference ontology by combining eight similarity metrics with language model reasoning. Expert‐validated mappings
