The management of intelligence-assisted finite element analysis technology [PDF]
Artificial Intelligence (AI) approaches to Finite Element Analysis (FEA), have had tentative degrees of success over the last few years and some authors have argued that effective FEA can help in the manufacture reliability and safety aspects of ...

NLO quark self-energy and dispersion relation using the hard thermal loop resummation
Using the hard-thermal-loop (HTL) resummation in real-time formalism, we study the next-to-leading order (NLO) quark self-energy and corresponding NLO dispersion laws.

Axial anomaly at finite temperature and finite density
TheU(1) axial anomaly in a hot fermion medium is investigated by using the real time Green's function method. After calculating the lowest order triangle diagrams, we find that finite temperature as well as finite fermion density does not affect the axial anomaly. The higher order corrections for the axial anomaly are discussed.

Some problems in hot rolling of al-alloys solved by the finite element method [PDF]
This thesis is focused on employing the finite element method (FEM) to simulate hot flat rolling process. The relevant work involves selecting a suitable constitutive equation, predicting the rolling load and roll torque, computing temperature changes ...

Integrating by parts at finite density
Both nonzero temperature and chemical potentials break the Lorentz symmetry present in vacuum quantum field theory by singling out the rest frame of the heat bath.

Lattice QCD at Finite Temperature and Density [PDF]
We study the phase structure of QCD at finite temperature and density by numerical simulations on a lattice. The most important point for the numerical study at finite density is treatment of the sign problem. We propose a method to avoid the sign problem, which is based on a cumulant expansion of the complex phase in the density of state method ...

The 2d gross-neveu model at finite temperature and density with finite N corrections [PDF]
We use the linear $δ$ expansion, or optimized perturbation theory, to evaluate the effective potential for the two dimensional Gross-Neveu model at finite temperature and density obtaining analytical equations for the critical temperature, chemical potential and fermionic mass which include finite $N$ corrections.
