Significant nanoscale oxygen diffusion coefficient variations are measured in ferroelectric hafnium zirconium oxide films with grain boundaries and electrode interfaces exhibiting values 104 times larger than the grain cores. Overall coefficients are 10X larger for films prepared with metal nitride electrodes compared to refractory metals. New insights

Equivalence of Finite- and Fixed-time Stability to Asymptotic Stability
In this paper, we present new results on finite- and fixed-time convergence for dynamical systems using LaSalle-like invariance principles. In particular, we provide first and second-order non-smooth Lyapunov-like results for finite- and fixed-time convergence, thereby relaxing the requirement of existence a differentiable, positive definite Lyapunov ...

Finite-Time Stability and Stabilization of Itô-Type Stochastic Singular Systems
This paper is concerned with the finite-time stability and stabilization problems for linear Itô stochastic singular systems. The condition of existence and uniqueness of solution to such class of systems are first given.

Near‐Infrared Light‐Driven Zn/Au Janus Micromotors for Multiplex SERS Detection of Anticancer Drugs
Zn/Au Janus micromotors, propelled by thermophoretic effects under NIR light, function as active SERS platforms for single and multiplex detection of anticancer drugs. Their dynamic motion enhances analyte exchange at the Au interface, reducing saturation and competitive adsorption, thereby improving sensitivity and extending the linear detection range.

Finite time stability design via feedback linearization
A new nonlinear design technique for Finite-Time Stability for a class of nonlinear systems is developed using feedback linearization. Moreover, a new concept, namely the Finite-Time Contractive Stability with fixed settling time is introduced, giving ...
