Influence of Micropillar Height Modulation on Droplet Evaporation and Wetting State Transitions
Controlling droplet evaporation dynamics is crucial across many fields. Here, it demonstrates laser‐fabricated polymer micropillar arrays with tailored height variations to regulate evaporation behavior. While all arrays exhibit superhydrophobic wetting, their distinct height profiles effectively slow evaporation and alter evaporation modes ...

Plasma Etching of Aluminum Nitride and Molybdenum in Multidimensional MEMS Structures
The transition to 3D device architectures is a rapidly advancing trend in microelectronics. Current microfabrication techniques have to adapt to meet the high precision required to fabricate the devices. This article provides first insights on how plasma etching processes interact with multidimensional structures and what effects needs to be considered

The impact of decorating the multiresonant thermally activated delayed fluorescence (MR‐TADF) emitter DiKTa with 9,9′‐spirobifluorene units is explored with regard to number, position, and incorporation type. Four novel sky‐blue narrowband MR‐TADF emitters are developed, and in the OLED devices, a structure‐property relationship is observed with ...

First Tellurite Composite Fiber with NIR‐Driven Green Persistent Luminescence
The first composite fiber based on SrAl2O4:Eu2+, Dy3+ PeL phosphors embedded in Yb3+/Tm3+ co‐doped tellurite glass is developed. The fiber exhibits green afterglow driven by 980 nm laser injection, suggesting that the PeL phosphors survive the fabrication process and the blue upconversion from the Yb3+/Tm3+ co‐doped glass matrix is strong enough to ...
